OUR STORY
We began our first 30-day program on the 1st day of January, 2007. At the end of January, we measured our bodies the same way we did at the start of the month, and found some encouraging results. Anne had lost 35 total inches and reduced her Body Mass Index 3 points. I had lost 24.5 total inches and reduced my Body Mass Index a full 4 points.
We were now sleeping all night soundly, our moods balanced, our mental clarity and focus now seemed far better than when we used to use energy drinks. Because of that, we can think clearer and resolve issues that used to take much longer. Several of our pesky aches and pains simply resolved. Our bodies just feel less stressed. Food tastes unexpectedly wonderful. We’ve noticed our stamina has notably increased as we continue on the program.
We ordered a second 30-day program. In February, March, April, May, June, July and August our results continued. Overall, Anne had lost over 68 pounds, and I lost 62 pounds as well. Anne has no doubt she’ll reach her goal of losing 100 pounds and I look forward to living under 190 pounds for the first time since I retired from the Air Force in 1993. I’ve dropped from a size 40-inch waist size to a 32! Anne’s dropped from a size 22 to a 14!
